In order to inform you of specific services required please select one of the VRS sub flags that relates to you.
As part of our initiative we looking to assess the presence or severity of condensation, damp, or mould growth in UK properties.
The PSR allows vulnerable customers to receive extra support from their energy supplier or network operator for free, and to receive essential benefits that will make the management of their energy supply easier.

The Vulnerability Initiative is funded by the Ofgem VCMA (Vulnerability Carbon Monoxide) Fund, to raise awareness of additional information and services to help vulnerable homes.
